If you discover that the personal information we process about you is incorrect, you have the right to request that we correct it.
You can submit a correction request through the methods listed in “1. Accessing your personal information.”
Please note that for security and identity verification purposes, you may not be able to modify certain initial registration information submitted during registration (such as information after real-name authentication). If you need to modify such information, please contact us at support@jywfx.cn. We will review the issue within 10 days and respond promptly after verifying your user identity.
3. Delete your personal information
In the following circumstances, you may request us to delete your personal information:
(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;
(3) If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
(4) If you do not wish other users to view certain content you have publicly posted;
(5) If you no longer use our products or services, or if you have closed your account;
(6) If we no longer provide you with products or services.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that have obtained your personal information from us to promptly delete it, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
After you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup systems, but we will delete such information when the backups are updated. 4. Changing the Scope of Your Authorization and Consent
You may authorize the company to continue collecting personal information within a certain scope or modify/withdraw your authorization by deleting information, disabling device functions, or adjusting privacy settings.
Please understand that certain business functions and services require your information to be completed. After you withdraw your consent or authorization, the company will no longer be able to provide the corresponding functions or services and will cease processing your personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the personal information processing conducted by the company prior to your withdrawal based on your authorization.
5. Personal Information Subject Account Cancellation
Account cancellation must meet the following conditions:
(1) The account is in normal status and is not subject to restrictions such as being disabled.
(2) The account has no outstanding balances, and any outstanding virtual rights are waived.

Before you cancel your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, etc. You acknowledge and understand that account cancellation is an irreversible action. In the following circumstances, we will be unable to respond to your request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations:

X. Other

(3) In the event of any dispute or controversy between you and us, the parties shall first attempt to resolve such dispute or controversy through friendly negotiations; if negotiations fail, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement is executed.
(4) The headings of all provisions of this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and have no substantive meaning; they shall not be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.
(5) If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
Special Statement
Pursuant to Article 496 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China: When entering into a contract using standard terms, the party providing the standard terms shall determine the rights and obligations between the parties in accordance with the principle of fairness and shall use reasonable means to draw the other party's attention to clauses that exempt or limit its liability or otherwise have a significant impact on the other party's interests, and shall explain such clauses upon the other party's request.
